A ReelGlass sign is one-of-one. We treat the box like the piece. Here is exactly how it gets from the bench in Louisiana to your wall.

How it ships

Every sign is packed into a custom-built plywood crate with foam padding cut to the piece. The crate ships via insured, tracked freight (UPS, FedEx, or freight broker for oversized pieces). Tracking is emailed within 48 hours of order.

US shipping

Flat $75 to the lower 48 on signs under $750. Free on orders $750+. Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes quoted at checkout. Average transit: 5–9 business days from ship date.

International

Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and Japan supported on request — email pablosreelglass@gmail.com or call before ordering for a freight quote. Duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged in transit

Every crate is fully insured. Photograph the crate and the piece before unpacking further, email the photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we file the claim and rebuild or replace the piece at no cost to you.

Returns

Because each sign is one-of-one, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on undamaged pieces in original packaging. Buyer covers return freight; refund issued within 5 business days of arrival. Commissioned pieces are final sale.

Lead time

In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days. Commissioned and re-wired pieces typically take 3–5 weeks; you'll get a build-photo update at the halfway mark.
